My SSL certificate expired after over a month of tech support contacts, with absolutely no help and no return of phone calls or email. Their tech support is the worst experience(s) I have ever had. |

If your web site has been down for 5 days like mine, call 1-888-264-4662. That's the Navisite tech support number, and they actually ANSWER! Apparently they just "integrated" yourwebhost.com into their company. Pretty soon there won't be any customers left for Navisite to take over. This is unbelievable! We should all form a class action lawsuit against yourwebhost.com for the business that they have cost us. Anyone? |

Of all the irresponsible, unprofessional things to do! I have lost thousands of dollars in revenue since Monday. Didn't even have a backup plan in place in case their move screws things up. Cannot get anybody's response for 3 days. I'm going to sue the pants off these bastards. |

No idea whats going on! Been with them years and not a happy customer now. Support phone does not work neither does the support e mail get a response, looking to move if it's not up and running by 7th Nov. |

they planned to move servers:
Start Date: Fri, 11-02 at 10 PM ET
End Date: Sat, 11-02 3rd at 12 PM ET
Here it is now 11-04, 8pm cst, not back online as yet. Emailed support with alternate address for response --- no response. No professional courtesy to keep clients informed of any delays or to offer a projected time to be back online. Been with them 10+yrs. Definitely changing. |
