They are down again! Absolutely agree with rocketpop and Steve and Vincent.

There seems to be a lot of down time, they have ignored my trouble tickets, and the only way I've been able to get through is to contact ENOM about my problems.

I agree with Vincent on all plus they also ignore any support tickets which is stated as the fasted way to communicate for help. I have tried to contact useing 3 different methods after my Domain name expired and have received no replies but still I am being billed and they are automatically taking money via my paypal every month. They need to be made aware that I am concidering starting proceedings against them due to mal-pratice of services. Would look forward to makeing contact with Vincent to discuss further.

They're cons, they ignore e-mails, their forums are shut down, and they keep taking my money through PayPal. Stay away.
