| I've been using them for 5 + years and its been constant problems. They change things on their end and your site is down or you email stops working. They respond quickly but usually tell you its on your end and it never has been once on my end. They don't seem to care at all. I should have left them by now and I'm planning to. They are one of the worst mistakes I've made. |

| I have 1 web site with them for over 3 ys and only once requested customer service, which was responsive and very courteous, and really solved my problem. Very good value even for the cheapest plan. |
